The hardcore survival shooter, Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl, has already surpassed the one million sales mark. This impressive achievement was shared by the developers, GSC Game World, who took to Twitter with the announcement just two days following the game’s official release on November 20th.
Adding to the excitement, Stalker 2 has also found its place in Xbox’s Game Pass subscription service, which means many more players are diving into the immersive world that the game offers. As the Ukrainian developers put it, “No wonder it feels a bit crowded in the Zone.”
They enthusiastically shared, “A million copies were snapped up, and even more players are joining the quest for artifacts via Game Pass. This feels like just the beginning of our epic journey, and the Heart of Chornobyl grows stronger with each player’s involvement.”
Expressing their gratitude, they simply added, “Thank you, stalkers!”
The post highlighted the palpable enthusiasm and appreciation from the team towards its growing community, marking the start of what could be a legendary adventure in the gaming world.
