It might be hard to believe, but it’s already been a couple of years since God of War Ragnarok hit the shelves. Naturally, fans are on edge, eagerly anticipating news from Santa Monica Studio about their next project. Rumors began to swirl when Christopher Judge went live on Instagram. His comments sparked speculation that some big God of War news could drop within a couple of weeks, with whispers of something significant happening on December 1. “The next two weeks are gonna be chock-full of announcements and all kinds of good stuff,” Judge mentioned, hinting, “December 1st, we will be making a major announcement – which I can’t wait to do ’cause a lot of you asked me: ‘What’s coming next?'”
It’s no surprise that gamers started connecting the dots, hoping for a juicy tidbit from Sony about the beloved series. However, Judge didn’t specifically say anything about God of War, and as it turns out, these exciting announcements have no ties to the franchise at all.
