SNEG has announced the release date for the eagerly anticipated adventure game, Captain Blood, which is set to arrive on the Nintendo Switch.
Back in 2010, this game was originally slated for release on the Xbox 360. However, those plans were abruptly halted when the publisher declared bankruptcy, leading to a slew of legal troubles that prevented the developer from moving forward. Now, after 15 long years, all hurdles have been cleared.
The game’s plot kicks off when the daughter of a local magistrate is abducted. In desperation, he turns to Captain Blood and his crew for help. Taking on the role of “the most rugged pirate captain ever to romance his way across the Spanish Main while swigging grog,” you’ll plunge into thrilling escapades filled with cannon fire, pistol shots, and exhilarating sword fights, with plenty of pirate antics to keep you entertained.
