XSEED Games and Marvelous Europe have announced that Cuisineer will be making its way to the Nintendo Switch with a confirmed release date.
At the heart of this charming and flavorful adventure is BattleBrew Productions, the creative minds behind a delightful "roguelite-flavored dungeon crawler." Players step into the shoes of Pom, a spirited young adventurer who swaps her life of exploration for the culinary world as she takes over her parents’ restaurant.
Upon returning to her hometown of Paell, Pom is met with an unfortunate surprise: her family’s beloved restaurant is shuttered and mired in debt. The path to salvation lies in revitalizing the old eatery and turning it into a success once more.
To achieve this, Pom must embark on daring dungeon expeditions. Armed with her trusty cooking tools, she’ll face off against formidable foes like giant chickens, missile-shooting shrimps, and fiery peppers in the surroundings of Paell.
The treasures Pom collects throughout these adventures can be transformed into delectable dishes, fueling the revival of her once-neglected restaurant and striving to make her parents proud.
